Hi, I was shown a link to this site by a lady who recognises how difficult it is to be a man who fits all perceptions in today's society.
I am amazed at how little activity there is on here and wish more men would use such a site to make us realise we're not alone in our thoughts on this matter.
So many ladies, (and I know many as I am a single parent and I own a website with over 5000 such members), tell me that they would not want to be a man in today's society, does anyone else have any experience of similar comments from the fairer sex?

I have heard that comment many many times. That is exactly why this site is here. I started the site called [url=http://mensselfesteem.menboards.com/][/url]womensselfesteem.com, and ran it for a few years. I have heard it all from the thousands of women that visited that site. It now belongs to my ex-wife. She basically stole it from me in the divorce. Anyhow, you are correct. It is very hard to match up to what is "expected" of men in today's society.
